Chapter 15: STOP! TAKE A SHOWER

CHAPTER: 15
SHOWERING, SHAVING AND SHAMPOOING:
This is my rule, do not let the showering go past three days, and do not let the shampooing that is cleaning your hair with shampoo not just showering for two minutes and not making it to the shampoo much less the conditioner go for more than five days, if you have good hair it won’t notice, but with all your hormones doing weird stuff and your breast possibly still leaking you need to get a shower in at least a quickie with a good wash of your privates. SHAVING is another story, hair grows in ways you never imagined, but it will also decrease in areas you never dreamed of, so my rule is you can go without shaving for at least a month or so, but when you want to get a very much deserved massage and have two HOT GUYS give you a FOUR-HANDED massage, you might want to bust out one of those not so rusty razors, unless you can wax yourself or afford to have it done professionally. I’m coming from a poor woman’s POV and waxing is always preferred but not always in the budget after having a baby. Let’s face it, if you can’t afford to wax then get your ass down to the 99cents store and pick up some cheap razors and shave that stuff off, who knows you might meet your Prince Charming when you are going to the grocery store and your long skirt is blown up by the wind when waiting to cross with the stroller in one hand and puppy in another…
Eventually I recommend laser, I did a free sample at www.laseraway.com and it’s been over a month and I still don’t see hair in my armpits, and that was just one free session. Ask for Marla if you go to the Santa Monica location. I’m still saving-up for this and can’t wait for the day I can do it all, ask about the packages they have and special promos it’s a lot cheaper that way.  When I got Laser done for my eyes, it changed my world and I’m SOOO grateful to the TLC center that did it in Torrance. Ladies, single Mommies, Warriors, be KIND TO YOURSELVES, if you can, SIMPLIFY things like this, but just because you are a single Mom who doesn’t even have time to work-out let alone put together a hot-sexy outfit to just go pick-up your kid from daycare doesn’t mean you can’t look good. Try, as difficult and as depressed as you might be and EXHAUSTED to make an effort and make yourself look good at least once a week, ok at least once a month, if you don’t do it for yourselves, then try to do it for ME, I WILL BE WATCHING and LOOKING-OUT FOR YOU!!!!:))
