Once in a while I will share these quick & easy & healthy recipes, I've been told  many times to be quite a good cook, I use to take more pride in it, nowadays I just make sure there are no dead fruit flies in it or that the food I'm suing has not gone bad or rotten... So here you are, these recipes  I will be writing up, can all be made usually in 15 minutes or less. Feel free to write me if you have questions or come-up with better ones.

QUICK RECIPE: Swai a la Charles

A couple of fillets of Swai fish- frozen or fresh whatever you can afford
A cube of frozen minced garlic- Trader joe’s
A cube of frozen minced cilantro- Trader joes
A large tablespoon of coconut oil- raw from Whole Foods
A few dashes of onion powder
Put in a frying pan some olive oil, the two cubes and  then the fish defrosted rub the tablespoon of raw coconut oil on the top and then flip them over every so often until cooked.
To accompany it you can have a bowl of brown rice sold at Cosco or Trader joe’s and just heat it up for 90 sec in Microwave.
If you want some veggies, target sells bags of cut broccoli that you can just poke holes into the bag and put in microwave. If you prefer to avoid using the microwave, then steam them and it is pretty quick as well.
Another good veggie is zucchini, and that you can purchase these days at the 99cents store, and just slice thinly and stir fry it along with the fish to save on time.
ENJOY! BON APPETITE!
